We are the public transportation provider for Livingston, Ford, and Iroquois Counties.

📍 Where can I travel?

• Pick-up: You must be picked up within the county.

• Destinations: You can travel to destinations outside the county.

• Fixed Routes: We have fixed routes throughout RT 24 and Pontiac.

🛣️ What kinds of trips can I take?

We provide transportation for both medical and non-medical needs, including:

• Doctor appointments

• Shopping

• Work

• Social activities, and more!

💡 Medicaid Note: If you are on Medicaid and need transportation to a medical appointment, your trip may be free. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to check your eligibility.

💰 How much does it cost?

• Within the county: $2 flat fee per day

• Outside the county: $5 flat fee per day

📅 How does scheduling work?

• Notice Required: Please schedule your ride 24–48 hours in advance so we can serve everyone across the county efficiently.

• Cut-off Time: Any requests made after 2:00 PM may not be honored for the next day.

• Confirmation Policy: Clients will receive a confirmation call the day before their ride. If the call is not answered and the ride is not confirmed, the appointment will be canceled.

1. Call 1-844-842-2003 – Our dispatch team will help you schedule your ride.

2. Share Your Trip Details – Be ready with your name, contact info, pick-up/drop-off locations, and desired times.

3. Plan Ahead – Call 24–48 hours in advance for non-medical rides, or 72 hours in advance for medical trips.

4. Enjoy the Ride! – Our professional drivers will get you there safely and on time.
